Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:

  • Used grooming products.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the claim process.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or suitable alternative solution.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
